Project Director

Pandora is hiring a Project Director for a full-time remote position. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet company objectives and stay on track.

• Oversee and manage end-to-end projects from planning through execution
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Liaise with stakeholders and maintain clear, consistent communication
• Ensure deliverables align with company objectives and quality expectations
• Identify risks and issues, implement solutions, and keep projects on track
• Drive successful execution of initiatives and delivery of results

• Strong project management and organizational skills (planning, timelines, resource management)
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team collaboration abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for project planning and management
• Preferred: Proven experience managing large-scale projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Plus: Experience in the media or entertainment industry
