Clinical Trial Associate

Cambrian Bio is a clinical-stage drug development company advancing therapeutics for chronic diseases by targeting key metabolic pathways associated with aging. The Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) supports the planning, execution, and day-to-day administration of clinical trials across their lifecycle. The role partners closely with Clinical Operations leadership, CROs, and cross-functional teams to help ensure efficient trial execution.

• Support day-to-day clinical trial activities from study startup through closeout.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain essential trial documentation, including TMF/ISF filing and document tracking.
• Support trial startup activities and ongoing trial conduct in coordination with Clinical Operations leadership and CROs.
• Track trial activities, timelines, and deliverables and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Coordinate contract and document flow between Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Business Operations, and external vendors.
• Track contract status to support timely execution.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operational handoffs.
• Prepare and maintain study trackers, plans, and internal status updates.
• Support invoice tracking and reconciliation with Clinical Operations and Finance.
• Provide general operational and administrative support for clinical trial execution.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical trial support, or a related role within biotech, pharma, or a CRO environment.
• Prior experience working in an early-stage biotech company.
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and GCP-regulated environments.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple workstreams concurrently.
