REMOTE Clinical Trial Associate
Summary
Actalent (promoted via Lensa) is seeking a Remote Associate Clinical Research Specialist / Clinical Trial Associate to support clinical evaluation research studies and clinical trial operations. The role focuses on protocol and documentation development, oversight of study execution, and operational coordination in compliance with SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulations.
What you'll do
- Oversee, design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies.
- Prepare and author clinical protocols and patient record forms.
- Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies for products addressing medical needs and/or commercial potential.
- Interpret clinical investigation results in preparation for drug/device/consumer applications.
- Resolve operational aspects of clinical trials with project teams in accordance with SOPs, GCP, and country regulations.
- Support preparation of clinical trial budgets as needed.
- Support clinical supply operations as applicable.
- Assist with site and vendor selection.
- Build and maintain relationships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive local evidence dissemination and awareness; collect feedback from local customers/authorities where applicable.
Requirements
- 1+ year of prior Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) experience.
- Veeva Vault experience.
- Knowledge/experience with clinical research, clinical trials, and clinical documentation.
- Willingness to learn and flexibility with job duties.
- 4-year degree preferred (a plus).
Conditions
Workplace: Fully remote.
Schedule: Must be open to supporting hours 8:00am–4:00pm PST.
Employment type: Contract.
Pay range: $30.00–$40.00 per hour.
