Regular Frontend - MediTech US Product

Tecorien is a product development company building mobility management platforms for US-based healthcare transportation firms. This role is for a Frontend Engineer to build and maintain UIs for dispatcher dashboards and admin panels on their healthcare mobility platform. You'll have high ownership over the frontend with the opportunity to ship fast while maintaining quality standards.

• Build and maintain UIs for dispatcher dashboards, admin panels, and operational features managing thousands of rides daily
• Translate Figma designs into clean, functional React components
• Integrate with backend APIs using REST and gRPC protocols
• Ensure UI flows are intuitive, responsive, and performant
• Write clean, typed, maintainable TypeScript code
• Use Claude AI, Figma MCP, and other AI tools to accelerate development
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers while owning the frontend

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years frontend development with React and TypeScript
• Track record of shipping production UIs such as dashboards, admin tools, or complex web apps
• Experience working from Figma designs and collaborating with designers
• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with Vite, CSS-in-JS (Emotion), Material UI, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC API integration
• Git, code review, and CI/CD basics
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Playwright, Svelte, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
• Experience using AI coding assistants like Claude, Cursor, or Copilot
• Russian language skills (team is Russian-speaking)
