Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product lines from discovery to delivery, supporting our mission to revolutionize the remote work industry for Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups.

• Lead product discovery and strategy across various product lines
• Manage product development from discovery phase through delivery
• Drive product roadmap and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class platform features
• Work with industry-leading partnerships to enhance platform capabilities

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product leadership role
• Strong product strategy and discovery skills
• Experience managing complex product lines and roadmaps
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of SaaS and HR/people management platforms preferred
