Private Equity Associate

Pearse Partners is hiring a Private Equity Associate for a Global Fund’s Capital Solutions team. The role focuses on evaluating and executing flexible capital investments across junior capital, structured equity, and select private equity transactions. The purpose is to support the full investment lifecycle from underwriting and diligence through execution and portfolio monitoring.

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across structured equity, junior capital, and private equity transactions
• Lead and support due diligence with management teams, sponsors, advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Build detailed financial analysis and modeling, including performance and KPI analysis
• Prepare investment materials and support investment committee discussions
• Develop investment views through fundamental analysis and data-driven research
• Assist with execution and ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments

• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking and/or private credit
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience analyzing corporate transactions and capital structures (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
