Executive Assistant (ESPN Sports Production)

Summary

ESPN is seeking an Executive Assistant within ESPN Sports Production to provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders overseeing live sports productions. The role focuses on enabling fast-paced creative and technical teams by managing scheduling, travel, and day-to-day administrative needs with high professionalism and confidentiality.

What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3-4 executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparation of meeting materials.

  • Coordinate and maintain Outlook calendars; schedule meetings and book conference rooms.

  • Gather and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.

  • Manage travel logistics and related travel and entertainment expense reports in accordance with company policies.

  • Support daily office operations, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and other executive assistants.

  • Coordinate team meetings and events as needed.

  • Track action items and follow up on behalf of assigned executives to ensure timely execution.

  • Interact professionally with ESPN, Disney, and external contacts on behalf of supported executives.

  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and tact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support in comparable functions.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn internal systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong working relationships across teams.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience (preferred).
