Global Supply Chain Advisor
Summary
Enventure Global Technology Inc. is hiring a Global Supply Chain Advisor to provide strategic and operational leadership across global supply chain activities. The role focuses on ensuring reliable delivery timelines, optimized inventory, strong supplier partnerships, and cost-efficient execution aligned with growth and customer commitments. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to bring structure, visibility, and continuous improvement to complex supply chain operations.
What you'll do
Partner with Sales and Operations to align supply chain execution with delivery commitments, inventory strategy, and customer requirements.
Advise and support coordination of procurement, logistics, inventory management, maintenance, assembly, and repair activities.
Leverage and manage a global supplier network for tubulars, accessories, inspection, and repair services; participate in procurement decisions.
Own supply chain reporting, dashboards, and information systems to ensure visibility, prioritization, and accurate revenue projections.
Identify, qualify, and onboard third-party vendors to support operational demand and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with Technical and Operations teams to ensure technical and quality requirements are met.
Actively manage inventory levels, perform inventory counts, and lead reconciliation efforts.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service reliability and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain (preferred).
10+ years of experience in materials and supply chain management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience sourcing OCTG tubulars and downhole equipment (strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of global supply chain networks and vendor ecosystems.
Proven ability to develop and present accurate dashboards and reports.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated cost-reduction results.
Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, and process flow management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, creativity, and resourcefulness.
