Azure .NET Architect

GlobalLogic is seeking an Azure .NET Architect to lead the development of a next-generation cloud platform for a global technology-enabled veterinary services company. The role involves architecting complex cloud applications, driving service executions, and providing technical leadership to development teams migrating legacy systems to a modern microservices-based platform.

• Development of complex cloud applications and next-generation cloud platform
• Drive architectural service executions including Discovery and Assessment
• Define architecture strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools in architecture visions
• Understand business and technical requirements and facilitate stakeholder cooperation
• Drive or assist in solution implementation estimation and roadmap construction
• Consult development teams on adherence to standards in solution design, development, and testing
• Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams
• Participate in code review process and maintain high software quality standards
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Provide system design recommendations based on technical requirements
• Drive and participate in functional design and engineering excellence
• Become a subject-matter expert on a broad area of the product

• 10+ years of total development experience
• 5+ years of development experience with .NET platform
• 1+ years of structured JavaScript development experience
• Experience with .NET, Microservices, Cloud services, Domain Driven Development, and SPA
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and techniques including Design Patterns, Code Review, and Code Refactoring
• Azure expertise
• Excellent debugging, coding, and design skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on new technical domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English

Project Details: Large-scale project with several development teams across multiple geographies using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) with established Scrum events. Requires significant verbal and written communication with US team members.
