Talent pool: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Quantori is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their talent pool. The role involves engaging with clients to design and architect end-to-end ML solutions, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to solve complex business problems while staying at the forefront of ML innovation.

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and advise on ML and AI solutions
• Design end-to-end ML solutions including data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and deployment
• Architect scalable and reliable ML systems for large-scale data and real-time processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts
• Stay updated with latest advancements in ML and AI technologies
• Conduct research and experimentation on new ML algorithms and frameworks
• Present findings and results to internal teams and external stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience as ML Engineer or Data Scientist in academia or industry
• Proficient in Python programming with strong data science framework experience
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, Keras) and libraries (NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Experience with LLM agents, tool using, reasoning, RAG solutions, and code interpreters
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning
• Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
• Experience with transformer-based language models
• Ability to interpret and implement research ideas and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Ability to work with external clients and strong communication skills
• Ability to mentor team members
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new technologies
