What you'll do
Teach English online to subscribed students on a consistent recurring schedule.
Deliver lessons aligned with YiYiEnglish’s learning-focused, supportive teaching philosophy.
Build long-term teacher-student relationships to understand learning styles, strengths, and weaknesses.
Participate in the hiring process steps including video questions and a live demo lesson, and complete onboarding/boot camp as required.
Collaborate with a dedicated associate to ask questions, receive feedback, and discuss student-related topics.
Requirements
Native or near-native English pronunciation.
Great communication skills and professional responsibility.
Experience in ESL/TESL preferred.
High-speed internet connection.
Access to an HD camera and microphone.
Bachelor’s degree.
TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent certification.
Required: fixed schedule commitment for a minimum of 6 months.
