Summary

Jobgether is hiring on behalf of a partner company for a VP, Talent Acquisition role in the United States. The position leads and transforms the talent acquisition function by building scalable recruiting strategy, systems, and global operations aligned to business growth. The role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver predictable, high-quality, and equitable hiring at scale.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a long-term, scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Lead global recruiting operations, including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation to optimize recruiter productivity.
  • Establish and refine recruiting systems, workflows, and enablement programs to drive operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee talent marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and improve inbound pipeline engagement.
  • Design and maintain a robust, fair, and consistent interview infrastructure to enhance candidate experience and hiring team effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruiting performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to align talent acquisition practices with organizational objectives and workforce planning.
  • Lead and coach a team of recruiting professionals, driving adoption of best practices and a culture of accountability.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years leading global TA operations and strategy.
  • Proven experience scaling recruiting infrastructure in high-growth, fast-paced environments (ideally SaaS or technology companies).
  • Expertise in headcount planning, workforce strategy, recruiting analytics, and operational excellence.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on talent strategy, organizational design, and change management.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with proficiency in tools and systems such as Ashby or other TA platforms.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to empower teams and inspire adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a business-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve candidate experience and implement repeatable, scalable recruiting processes globally.
