Strong Junior Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Umber is seeking a Strong Junior Full-Stack Developer to join their team for long-term cooperation. The role focuses on front-end development with React and back-end support using NestJS to build a comprehensive CRM platform for marketing agents.

You will develop user interfaces, admin dashboards, real-time features, and contribute to backend services while working closely with designers and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

  • Implement modern user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Ant Design in collaboration with designers
  • Develop admin dashboards and management interfaces for business operations and CRM functionality
  • Build user-facing features for platform management, budget tracking, and marketing analytics
  • Implement real-time updates and notifications for system status, campaigns, and agent activities
  • Assist in maintaining backend services using Node.js and NestJS
  • Create or modify simple APIs for internal tools and work with data models
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases to manage data and ensure correct data flow
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in technical decision-making

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with full-stack development with frontend focus
  • Strong React skills with modern hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and TypeScript
  • Good experience with Node.js and NestJS for backend development
  • Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and data validation
  • Understanding of PostgreSQL and database design principles
  • Experience working with designers and implementing UI/UX designs
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
  • Understanding of modern CSS/styled-components and frontend tooling
  • English proficiency for technical communication
  • Nice-to-Haves: CRM or fintech platform experience, high-load systems knowledge, microservices architecture, Docker, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), Ant Design expertise

Conditions

Hiring Process: 30-40 min intro call with Talent Partner, followed by ~1.5 hour technical interview covering React and Node.js, and final ~30 min conversation on managerial and organizational topics.

Work Environment: Long-term cooperation with a team working on a key operational CRM platform.
