Recruiter

Robert Half is a specialized talent solutions firm seeking an experienced Recruiter for a contract role in Washington. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent across diverse roles while meeting hiring goals and maintaining compliance.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and align recruiting efforts.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Execute high-volume recruiting while ensuring timely delivery and quality of candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations throughout the process.
• Use creative attraction methods such as social media and networking events.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple industries.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates using multiple tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality standards.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring teams and candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment-related legal standards and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
