UI/UX Designer for a Sports Equipment Rental Platform

FlexMade is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer for a specialized sports equipment rental platform operated by a major international sports retailer. This part-time, project-based engagement focuses on completing the critical design phase, refining user flows, and preparing final design assets for development as the product approaches an important release milestone.

• Complete the remaining UI/UX design scope for the rental platform
• Focus on booking flows and in-store check-in processes
• Ensure alignment with the established Universal Design System (UDS)
• Transform wireframes into polished high-fidelity mockups
• Create interactive prototypes where required
• Prepare well-structured design handoff documentation for the Frontend team
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, and Product stakeholders
• Ensure design feasibility during implementation

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web and mobile projects
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent modern design tool
• Experience working with established Design Systems
• Ability to analyze and complete existing complex design files with minimal ramp-up time
• Experience preparing structured design handoff documentation for development teams
• Experience designing rental platforms, booking systems, or complex check-in flows (preferred)
• Experience in a software consultancy or agency environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking (preferred)
• Experience working with structured product documentation (preferred)

Schedule: Part-time, project-based with flexible scheduling aligned with EU time zones
