Recruiter

Darly Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn, solve emerging problems, and work effectively with people in the IT recruitment field.

• Participate in the Full Cycle recruitment process
• Source and expand the candidate pool utilizing LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and other channels
• Identify new channels for finding the best candidates
• Develop talent pool for future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate screenings (technical experience and soft skills)
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS system (Hurma)

• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.)
• Experience in IT field on this role - 0.5+ years
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present a vacancy to candidates in the most efficient way to fill the job
• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms
• Willingness to enhance ones abilities and pursue career growth
• Drive for results and ability work in team
• Curiosity and growth mindset
• English Intermediate+
