San Antonio Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

Emirates is hiring Cabin Crew to be based in Dubai, with relocation provided. The role represents the airline onboard, delivering excellent customer service while prioritizing aircraft safety, security, and service standards.

• Provide onboard customer support, guidance, and service to passengers.

• Maintain a friendly, observant presence as the face of Emirates during flights.

• Manage aircraft services while prioritizing safety and security procedures.

• Lead confidently and take control in situations requiring adherence to safety protocols.

• Work effectively within a multicultural cabin crew team to deliver an authentic customer experience.

• More than 1 year of hospitality and/or customer service experience.

• High school graduate (Grade 12) minimum.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Minimum height 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.

• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cannot be covered with bandages or cosmetics).

• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements and be willing to be based in Dubai.

• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, culturally aware, professional and empathetic, able to manage a demanding schedule.

• Location: Dubai-based role (relocation provided).

• Compensation structure includes basic salary, flying pay (hourly for operated flights), and overseas meal allowance.

• Average total pay is approximately USD 3,100 per month (Grade II/Economy Class estimate).

• Meal allowances for night stops are credited in arrears the following month.

• Hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport are provided by the company.
