Middle Financial Specialist (Internal Accounting)

Summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Financial Specialist for their Internal Accounting team. The role focuses on month-end closing, financial data validation, payment workflows, and supporting management reporting. You will drive process improvements and help scale financial operations across the organization.

What you'll do

Month-end close and preparation of management accounts; Control of payment workflows and reconciliations; Review and validation of financial data from business partners; Preparation of management and ad-hoc financial reports; Participation in budgeting and finance automation initiatives

Requirements

Higher education in finance or accounting; 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles; Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills; Advanced MS Excel proficiency; Experience with accounting systems (1C, Xero, or similar); English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral); Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership with minimal supervision; Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Nice to have: iGaming industry experience, international company experience, automation or process improvement experience
