Senior DevOps/AWS Engineer

PulseRise Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps/AWS Engineer to shape and scale multi-region cloud infrastructure in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment. This high-ownership position offers direct influence over infrastructure strategy, reliability standards, and automation practices, with the opportunity to design globally distributed, highly available systems and drive continuous improvement at scale.

• Take full ownership of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines from design to production scale
• Design, build, and operate cloud-native environments across multiple regions
• Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery across microservices
• Build and maintain secure, observable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools (ArgoCD)
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar tools
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies
• Drive infrastructure improvements through POCs, experimentation, and tool evaluation
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortem processes
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and cloud technologies

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Deep expertise in AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Production-grade experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Strong proficiency with Terraform
• Experience scripting in Bash and Python
• Solid CI/CD experience (GitLab CI, TeamCity, or similar)
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Deep understanding of Docker and container security best practices
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead infrastructure discussions
• Strong ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments
