Summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Junior AI/ML Engineer to join their AI & Data practice and contribute to enterprise solutions that convert complex domain documentation into machine-usable intelligence. The role focuses on building Self-Evolving Knowledge Bases and intelligent assistants within Azure infrastructure, working in a fast-paced, fix-price delivery environment.

What you'll do

Rapidly prototype and iterate on ML/GenAI ideas in notebooks and scripts; implement well-defined Python tasks including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation scripts; assist with LLM and GenAI API experiments under senior guidance; use GenAI tools for coding, testing, and documentation; prepare and clean datasets while summarizing results; build and maintain demo environments and internal PoCs; follow coding standards and version control practices.

Requirements

1-2 years of software development, data science, or ML experience (commercial, internships, or personal projects); solid Python skills with NumPy, pandas, Scikit-learn; understanding of fundamental ML concepts (datasets, train/validation split, metrics, overfitting); practical familiarity with GenAI/LLMs (ChatGPT, Copilot); high motivation to learn and accept feedback. Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Data Science/AI; coursework or projects in ML/NLP/Generative AI; exposure to RAG, embeddings, or vector databases; cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP); Jupyter, Git, CI/CD/MLOps tools; hackathon or Kaggle participation.
