This role bridges Sales, Finance, and Market Access to scale high-growth MedTech and DME operations with a data-driven, patient-centered approach.

What you'll do

  • Manage and improve VA and DME distribution channels, including clinic-based stock-and-bill operating structures.
  • Lead Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) strategy across medical benefit billing, prior authorizations, clinical documentation, claim submissions, appeals, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee U.S. logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory controls and distributor/specialty pharmacy partner management to maintain optimal stock during demand shifts.
  • Lead the U.S. customer care center to deliver timely support and technical troubleshooting for user inquiries.
  • Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs such as prescription conversion rates and fulfillment timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Market Access, Finance, and Sales to resolve operational ownership overlaps and remove process friction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in DME distribution, distributor contracting, and claims submission functionality.
  • Deep expertise in intake and fulfillment operations under medical benefit structures and DME distribution models, including stock-and-bill.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and ERP systems; familiarity with DME platforms such as Parachute is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and influencing skills across Sales, Finance, and Market Access.
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, HIPAA compliance, and industry-standard quality assurance is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (required).
  • MBA or Master’s degree (highly preferred).

Conditions

  • Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred).
  • Leadership role with ownership of U.S. operational lifecycle from prescription through billing.
