The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role supports strategic HR initiatives by aligning HR strategy with business goals and improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

• Partner with business leaders to understand HR needs and develop strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Implement HR policies and programs aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
• Drive talent acquisition activities, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate training and development programs.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., compensation and benefits) to ensure a cohesive employee management approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in the ITES sector.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (day and night).
