HR Coordinator
Summary
Aditi Consulting is hiring an HR Coordinator to support the Employee Success team in delivering an elite employee experience. The role focuses on providing responsive HR support to employees and managers, maintaining HR knowledge resources, and ensuring HR inquiries and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
What you'll do
Provide customer service to employees and managers via the Basecamp customer portal and other social channels.
Maintain and improve the knowledge base by creating, updating, and enhancing knowledge articles to close information gaps.
Record and manage customer interactions in a case management tool, responding to inquiries on benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR policy, and employee data.
Ensure assigned cases are resolved and closed accurately and on time.
Develop working knowledge of Workday and support manager and employee self-service process inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date process, program, and policy knowledge to assist employees.
Identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate on improvements to enhance the employee/manager experience.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
Process corrections or transactions not handled through Workday self-service.
Participate in projects to modernize Employee Success People Services processes.
Requirements
2+ years of prior work experience in Human Resources or a centralized customer service environment (preferred).
Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS (highly desirable).
Experience working in a case management system.
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to support employees through sensitive personal circumstances.
Ability to diagnose issues and lead correction efforts through effective communication and execution.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.
Teamwork skills and a growth mindset with interest in technology-driven process improvements.
Experience in an HR shared services organization for an established company (ideal).
Conditions
Pay rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (typical U.S. base pay range).
Non-exempt role eligible for overtime at 1.5x base rate for hours over 40 per week (or as required by law).
