FullStack Developer

Ten8.ai is a well-funded Silicon Valley startup building next-generation AI automation tools for the logistics and operations industry. We're seeking a FullStack Developer to help build a platform where AI collaborates with humans, from backend logic to live voice integrations and autonomous workflows.

• Develop and maintain core platform features across both frontend and backend
• Build rapid prototypes and production workflows using integration platforms (N8N, Make, Zapier)
• Design and build robust APIs, automation flows, and real-time integrations with external systems
• Work across the stack using TypeScript/Node.js for core features, integration tools for automation, and AI platforms for agent development
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads in fast weekly sprints
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize apps on Vercel and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the AI agent architecture, improving how autonomous workflows operate
• Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance developer efficiency and platform intelligence

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, data flows, and API design
• High flexibility and willingness to work across different tools and platforms
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in integration/automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and iterating quickly
• Ability to communicate with a Ukrainian-speaking team
• Curiosity and ability to dig into new technologies and integrations quickly
• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven systems, agent frameworks, or automation platforms
• Proactive, builder mindset with ability to move fast and debug deeply
• Pragmatic approach to tooling and problem-solving
