Human Resources Operations Coordinator
Summary
Paramount is seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator to support key employee lifecycle processes and front-line employee support across HR Centers of Excellence. The role focuses on improving HR operational efficiency, resolving employee issues, and delivering a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience for the Corporate client population.
What you'll do
Provide front-line HR support, guidance, and troubleshooting across HR programs/policies, timesheets and pay, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding.
Coordinate escalation and resolution of advanced employee issues with Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams, ensuring alignment and communication.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop employee self-service knowledge content for MyParamount and ServiceNow.
Support onboarding by ensuring requirements are met on time and coordinating logistics with TA Ops, HR Data, Tech, and Facilities.
Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests; coordinate approvals and execution with HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and HR Data.
Manage end-to-end offboarding, including guiding employees/managers, handling logistics across Payroll/Benefits/Facilities/IT, conducting exit interviews as needed, and ensuring system and payroll transactions are completed.
Support HRBPs with reporting needs (org charts, headcount files, census reports) and coordinate complex reporting with specialist teams.
Collaborate with HR Data on regular audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Support HR operational and client-specific projects to improve HR process efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service, HR, or an administrative role (internships considered).
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to assess and improve processes within a cross-functional organization; strong prioritization skills.
Working knowledge across HR functional areas such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Systems/Operations, HR Compliance, and Payroll.
Plus: experience with HRMS and/or customer service platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, client-facing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities; able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Comfort collaborating with senior HR and business leaders.
Conditions
Fully onsite, in-office 5 days per week.
Hiring salary range: $56,000–$65,000 annually (varies by geography and experience).
