Summary
Netflix is building a best-in-class advertising organization to establish Netflix as a premier platform for advertiser partners and drive advertising revenue. The Sales Operations Manager will lead execution of regional Sales Ops strategies for the US & Canada (UCAN) ads sales region, enabling sustained commercial performance through people, processes, systems, and tools.
What you'll do
- Drive execution of UCAN regional Sales Operations strategies, processes, and programs in partnership with sales leadership.
- Build and iterate go-to-market strategies, including customer/product segmentation, headcount planning, sales org design, territory design, and related operational planning.
- Own regional sales operations processes across revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
- Analyze sales performance and derive insights from large datasets across revenue, pipeline, products, and sales process.
- Define, build, and maintain sales inputs for forecasting and pipeline management for the UCAN advertising business.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Activation, Finance & Strategy, HR, and Business Operations to deliver Ads-wide projects and represent Sales requirements.
- Facilitate rollout of new sales programs and processes to improve sales efficiency.
- Manage sales data in the CRM (accounts, account teams, territories, reports, opportunities, activities) and ensure data quality for reporting.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance with sales and adjacent teams (account management, solutions, measurement) to assess impact.
- Support exploration of new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap.
- Build monthly and quarterly executive review decks and lead discussions on business performance and state of business.
- Continuously evolve KPIs and metrics to improve visibility into business health.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in advertising or advertising-related fields, including Sales Operations experience.
- Experience owning senior sales stakeholder relationships (Head of Country/Region and Senior Director-level agency and/or client sales leadership).
- Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape, media channels, and buying methods; programmatic buying knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (mandatory).
- SQL and data analytics skills (nice to have); passion for automation and scaling operations (plus).
- Ability to drive and influence decision-making without direct reporting lines; strong bias for action.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across differing perspectives.
- Data-driven, objective decision-making approach; demonstrated creativity/innovation and process improvement.
- Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
Conditions
- Compensation: annual salary range $220,000–$350,000 (no bonuses); employee can choose yearly split between salary and stock options.
