Junior Content Creator

Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company specializing in custom software development and digital solutions. We are seeking a Junior Content Creator to collaborate with experienced content and marketing managers to create, adapt, and distribute content while supporting content strategy and system management.

• Write or co-create 23 blog posts per month under senior guidance using content matrix and expert insights
• Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-specific formats for LinkedIn, X, Medium, and online communities
• Prepare visual briefs for designers including posts, carousels, newsletters, and infographics
• Support storytelling-driven content such as founder stories, behind-the-scenes, and team spotlights
• Research new content ideas, formats, and emerging trends in the tech industry
• Identify trending topics, audience interests, and content patterns across social platforms
• Assist in distributing adapted content across online communities following established guidelines
• Prepare short-form snippets and micro-content for PR, syndication, and outreach
• Work with content matrix and calendar using Microsoft 365 and Metricool
• Monitor content performance metrics and prepare monthly insights

• Strong written English skills with clarity, structure, and appropriate tone
• Genuine interest in content marketing, storytelling, social media, and the tech industry
• Ability to simplify and adapt complex ideas into clear, engaging, platform-specific content
• Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and platform-specific performance drivers
• Curiosity and research mindset with ability to explore trends and competitor content
• Basic understanding of storytelling principles and narrative structure
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes and checklists
• Familiarity with AI content tools, Microsoft 365, and Metricool
• Willingness to learn new content tools, formats, and workflows
