Clinical Support Manager, Neurodiversity Center of Excellence
Summary
Lyra Health is a leading provider of employer-sponsored mental health solutions supporting more than 20 million people globally. The Clinical Support Manager for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence will manage a support team that helps customers and employees navigate neuropsychological testing and evaluations (e.g., ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder). The role focuses on running day-to-day virtual clinic operations, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality support and care delivery.
What you'll do
Manage a team of approximately 10 administrative/support staff in a clinical environment.
Act as the primary day-to-day operations point of contact and liaison for the clinical team.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, quality, and client engagement.
Implement and manage quality assurance metrics aligned with best practices and service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage escalated patient cases, providing timely support and proactively leading issue resolution.
Analyze data to identify issues, measure capacity, monitor progress/trends/metrics, and inform prioritization and program decisions.
Facilitate weekly 1:1s and team meetings to drive professional development, performance reviews, team culture, and alignment on process updates.
Determine inventory management strategy and workflows for neuropsychological testing kits.
Requirements
8+ years of operations experience in a clinical setting (ideally high-growth and/or fast-paced).
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience managing administrative support teams that directly support clinicians and patients.
Strong understanding of clinic operations and clinician support.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical specialists and senior leaders.
Strong data analysis skills to identify issues and inform process improvement and decision-making.
Strong project management and team management capabilities.
Highly organized self-starter; able to diagnose issues and drive sustainable solutions.
Excellent communication skills; able to balance multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch.
Conditions
Full-time position.
Annual base salary range stated as $106,000–$146,000; may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
