Summary
Lega Nova Group is seeking an Entry Level / Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the organization. The role partners with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects stay on track and stakeholders are kept informed.
What you'll do
- Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and reports
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on key milestones
- Help identify project risks and issues and escalate when necessary
- Attend project meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships with stakeholders
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Work placement or experience in an office or coordination role is beneficial but not required
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) are a plus
- Experience with project management software is advantageous but not essential
