Brand Content Designer

UAI Labs is a fast-growing AI and automation consultancy helping businesses unlock efficiency through intelligent transformation. We are hiring a Brand Content Designer to build and elevate our brand presence through clear messaging, premium visual materials, and thought leadership content. You will work hands-on with the leadership team to shape market perception and create compelling materials yourself.

• Brand & Design: Design and create client presentations, pitch decks, and materials; improve decks, proposals, and documents with premium structure and visuals; ensure consistent branding
• Website & Digital Presence: Write and structure website messaging; make company IP clearly visible; improve clarity, positioning, and conversion
• Content & Thought Leadership: Write and format blogs, whitepapers, and case studies; help build executive LinkedIn presence; repurpose content across channels; support SEO strategy
• Sales Enablement: Design and write one-pagers and GTM materials; turn complex ideas into simple, commercial narratives

• Fluent English proficiency
• Clear understanding of branding principles
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics
• High attention to detail
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of design principles
• Ability to translate company goals into clear visual and written communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use research and user insights to inform content and design decisions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentations, decks, documents, or visual materials
• Nice to Have: Experience in AI, tech, consulting, or financial services; SEO knowledge; experience building personal brands

Work Style: Hands-on execution role requiring direct creation and ownership, not stakeholder coordination or agency management. You will work directly with decision-makers, have creative autonomy, and see ideas implemented quickly as the company scales.
