Senior Python AQA (IRC279096)

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior Python AQA to drive innovation in Grid Automation within the energy domain. You will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams to develop software for crucial infrastructure using cutting-edge technology and AI-integrated tools.

• Analyze functional business requirements for completeness
• Participate in Application design with developers and create thorough testing strategies
• Execute test automation using Python for both API and UI
• Execute test scripts and identify variations from expected results
• Create, track, and retest software defects in designated tracking tools
• Work independently on development tasks with minimal supervision
• Work closely with development and product management on auto-test coverage
• Participate in cross-disciplinary Agile development teams
• Provide input during QA process improvement initiatives
• Support documenting processes

• 5+ years of professional experience as QA with 4+ years as Automation QA
• Experience in API and UI automation testing
• Commercial experience with Python test automation
• Strong knowledge of code-test approaches, test case creation and execution
• Requirements analysis skills
• Ability to mentor Mid-level AQAs
• Fluent English verbal and written communication
• Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC processes and phases
• Awareness of AI tools: Perplexity, VelocityAI, Cursor, etc.
