Lead Full-Stack Developer (Java / Spring Boot / React)

GlobalLogic is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join a premier global private equity fund administrator managing over $300 billion in private capital. This role involves designing and maintaining enterprise-wide systems using Java, Spring Boot, and React to support fund administration operations across multiple offices worldwide.

• Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide systems and application software
• Develop new features on both backend and frontend sides
• Implement and maintain REST APIs and frontend integrations
• Write and execute unit tests for developed functionalities
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React
• Solid understanding of SDLC and CI/CD concepts
• Experience with RESTful web services and API design
• Strong experience in designing and implementing software modules and systems
• Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL / MS SQL)
• Experience with Git and build tools
• Good understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
• English intermediate+ proficiency
