Affiliate Team Lead

An international iGaming company is seeking a strong Affiliate Team Lead to manage influencer and streamer traffic across South and Southeast Asia. The role involves independent partner management initially, with progression to building and scaling a dedicated affiliate team from the ground up.

• Finding and onboarding influencers, bloggers, and streamers
• Developing influencer traffic channels across the Asia region
• Managing partners independently and building a team of Affiliate/Influencer Managers
• Setting up processes, KPIs, and reporting systems
• Monitoring performance metrics and results
• Training and mentoring team members
• Collaborating with product and marketing teams
• Scaling successful traffic channels

• Experience with influencer, social, and streamer traffic
• Management experience or readiness for a Team Lead role
• Systematic thinking and responsibility
• Ability to work effectively with partners and teams
• Result-oriented, non-toxic attitude
• Plus: Experience in Asian markets, own influencer/streamer database, recent regional experience, iGaming/betting/gambling industry background, or team building from scratch experience
