Middle Business Analyst

N-iX is seeking a Middle Business Analyst to join a project modernizing application infrastructure for one of Ukraine's largest banks. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating between stakeholders and development teams, and supporting the delivery of solutions from scratch for a major EU-headquartered financial institution.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Coordinate collaboration between customer and development team to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Develop specifications, user stories, and business process documentation
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
• Hands-on experience with retail card products and services for individual customers
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with extensive amounts of data
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of BPMN basics, flowchart construction, banking/payment services/bank cards or insurance domain experience, basic SQL or data analysis tools understanding
