Program Manager, Strategy and Operations

Omada Health is a between-visit healthcare provider focused on lifestyle and behavior change for people managing chronic conditions. The Program Manager, Strategy and Operations will drive execution and operational alignment across the Clinical organization, balancing clinical team operations with research program management. The role supports internal teams by improving processes, facilitating alignment, and ensuring research initiatives are delivered on time and with strong cross-functional coordination.

• Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables.
• Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility, alignment, and change management across teams.
• Plan and manage Clinical offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategy to day-to-day execution.
• Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness across multiple disciplines.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners while supporting small to medium projects from a strategic Clinical perspective.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and coordination for multiple research projects across Clinical and Research teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• 5+ years of healthcare or life sciences experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s).
• Proven program or project management experience supporting research or clinical initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• High attention to detail, including reviewing clinical and materials content for accuracy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of continuous improvement.
