Data Analyst (Web3 / Crypto Lottery)

ITDevStaff Limited is seeking a Data Analyst for a decentralized Web3 lottery platform powered by smart contracts. This role focuses on setting up and maintaining analytics infrastructure to track user behavior and ensure data accuracy in a blockchain-based environment.

• Set up, maintain, and validate GA4 and GTM tracking for the platform
• Capture token prices accurately at key user actions (purchases, bets, swaps)
• Monitor user behavior, funnels, and conversion metrics
• Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable product insights
• Support team decisions with clear, reliable data

• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (must-have)
• Experience in blockchain / web3 products (required)
• Understanding how to capture token price at key user events
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards (Metabase, Clarity, Hotjar / Contentsquare) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to validate tracking and ensure data accuracy
• English: Intermediate+
