Senior Vice President of Operations

Jump Human Capital is recruiting a Senior Vice President of Operations for a leading national provider of construction and site services. This executive role oversees nationwide, asset-intensive field operations to build scalable processes and ensure consistent execution across multi-state branches.

• Lead nationwide field operations across multiple regions and service lines.
• Drive operational KPIs, productivity, cost management, and standardization.
• Oversee fleet lifecycle management, asset utilization, logistics, and dispatch optimization.
• Advance safety, compliance, training, and quality programs.
• Improve customer experience by aligning operational capabilities with service commitments.
• Partner with Technology to implement and adopt operational systems and tools.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional and branch leadership structure.
• Support organizational growth, market expansion, and acquisition integration.

• 15+ years of senior operations leadership in multi-site, field-based service organizations.
• Industry experience in essential services, logistics, industrial services, rental, environmental services, facilities services, or similar.
• Proven success overseeing large field workforces and asset-heavy operations.
• Expertise in KPI-driven management and strong operational rigor.
• Experience with fleet strategy, routing/dispatch, and operational systems.
• Strong communication skills with ability to lead through influence and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

• Location: Flexible within the United States.
• Environment: Large, distributed field organization with multi-state branch operations.
