Clinical Trial Assistant

ICON plc is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join its FSP team in Romania (hybrid). The role supports coordination and documentation of clinical trials to ensure compliant and smooth execution while contributing to tracking trial progress.

• Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials in Romania, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Support preparation of study-related materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Collaborate with local clinical operations teams to facilitate communication and support trial execution.
• Track and help report clinical trial metrics and milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Prior experience as a clinical trial assistant or strong interest in clinical research.

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, local regulations, and guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Hybrid role based in Romania.
