Principal AI Consultant, Agentic Strategy and Solutions

This Principal AI Consultant role involves architecting and piloting a client-facing advisory business centered on intelligent workflow design and agentic systems. You will serve as lead architect for client enablement, designing multi-agent systems that drive real ROI while scaling a specialized pod of AI consultants.

• Architect the Atlas 'Agentic Workflow Training' series as a repeatable, institutional product with intensive cohorts and strategic office hours
• Develop and maintain proprietary pattern libraries for complex fund strategies including Long/Short Equity, Macro/Multi-Strat, and Credit & Private Markets
• Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLM platforms
• Establish robust evaluation harnesses to measure agent performance, hallucination risk, and research depth
• Lead high-stakes design sprints for C-suite stakeholders at $10B+ AUM funds
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate AI requirements into scoped consulting engagements
• Serve as firm-wide internal coach for prompt and agent fluency, creating playbooks for engineering teams
• Contribute to R&D on 'AI Defense' focusing on prompt safety and governance for SEC and FINRA-regulated environments

• 7+ years of experience within a global consultancy (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG) in client-facing, engagement-leadership roles
• Proven ability to manage teams and project plans
• Daily practitioner experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Working knowledge of terminal operations and technical implementation
• Deep fluency in capital markets, fundamental research processes, and investment operations
• Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems
• Understanding of financial compliance frameworks (FINRA, SEC)
• High-velocity orientation with focus on shipping over perfection

Schedule & Location: Global delivery model with client-facing engagement requirements at major financial centers.

Growth & Leadership: Player-coach role with mandate to hire and lead a specialized pod of 2-3 AI consultants initially, scaling with practice growth. Clear roadmap for team expansion as practice revenue hits target milestones.
