What you'll do
Edit 30-minute to 1-hour recordings down into compelling, high-retention videos.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other editing tools to produce full/large edits and visual enhancements.
Apply audio adjustments and overall optimization throughout the edit.
Adjust edits to meet retention standards using notes from a retention specialist.
Collaborate with other video editors to share skills, communicate frequently, and improve proficiency.
Make creative decisions such as structuring scenarios for animations, selecting music for clips/reactions, and choosing what to support visually and audibly.
Submit drafts well ahead of deadlines and incorporate feedback/criticism to improve quality and consistency.
Requirements
Must be 18+.
Proficiency with Adobe products, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop (After Effects also used).
Strong accountability, time management, and ability to meet deadlines far in advance without sacrificing quality.
Ability to take criticism well and use feedback to improve output.
Willingness and ability to learn quickly, including video strategy to maximize efficiency and reduce note-taking workload.
Passion for video editing and a strong background/portfolio of editing work.
