Power GoLang Developer

Tecorian is building cutting-edge transportation technology platforms with an AI-first approach. We're seeking a Power Golang Developer to design and optimize high-performance, scalable systems that power real-time fleet tracking and operational integration for the US market. You'll work on mission-critical services with a world-class engineering team using best-in-class technology.

• Design and optimize high-performance, production-grade services operating under heavy load
• Drive architectural decisions and implement robust integrations with messaging and streaming platforms
• Ensure every API is secure, efficient, and built for scale
• Collaborate with product owners, front-end developers, and DevOps teams
• Deliver scalable microservices from concept to deployment
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems in real-time, high-traffic environments
• Design and implement complex automated processes including cron jobs with dependencies and monitoring
• Write clear API documentation and technical specifications

• 4+ years of commercial Golang development experience in production systems
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with gRPC and Kafka for high-performance service communication
• Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL or Google Spanner) including schema design and query optimization
• Experience with profiling and benchmarking Go applications (pprof or similar)
• Ability to design complex automated processes with retries and monitoring
• Proven experience designing and operating high-load, distributed architectures
• Experience with ERP domain is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven with commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Work Model: Remote with relocation opportunities

Schedule: Flexible - choose from 96, 107, or 118 hour options with work-life balance
