Summary
Paramount Pictures is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EVP of Media for Theatrical and Home Entertainment. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth functioning of the EVP’s office through complex scheduling, communication coordination, and operational support.
What you'll do
- Manage the EVP’s complex calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate communications with internal departments and external partners.
- Screen and respond to calls and emails; draft, review, and manage correspondence, including memos, meeting agendas, and notes.
- Prepare expense reports and track budgets related to the EVP’s activities.
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Support the EVP’s strategic priorities by monitoring incoming requests, prioritizing them, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted sounding board and help keep the EVP organized during high-pressure release periods.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate IT setup, catering, and logistics for meetings and team events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives; entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Extraordinary organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence.
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Conditions
Compensation: hiring salary range $50,000–$60,000 annually (varies by geography and candidate factors).
