Compliance Paralegal

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global consumer packaged goods company behind the CELSIUS®, Alani Nu, and Rockstar® brands. The Compliance Litigation Paralegal supports the company’s compliance program by helping ensure adherence to corporate policies, governance expectations, and legal requirements. This role also supports related training and cross-functional alignment.

• Support internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Maintain records related to compliance investigations, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Track compliance requirements and assist with implementation of compliance controls.
• Coordinate compliance training logistics and recordkeeping in partnership with Human Resources.
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries and agency requests.
• Assist with review and tracking of marketing and advertising compliance, including influencer and social media compliance.
• Assist with contract and vendor compliance documentation.
• Cooperate with the Regulatory team for cross-functional alignment.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certificate preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or corporate paralegal roles.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Preferred: Familiarity with FTC advertising rules, influencer disclosures, or consumer protection laws.
• Preferred: Experience in consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or other regulated industries.
• Preferred: Experience supporting compliance programs or audits.

• Work arrangement: In-office, based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters.
