AI Software Engineer

Softcery builds advanced AI systems for B2B SaaS companies, partnering with US and UK founders to design and scale production-ready AI solutions. The company is seeking an AI Software Engineer to build complex AI systems including conversational AI, document intelligence, and multi-agent architectures for client projects and internal R&D.

• Build conversational AI systems including chat agents, voice systems, and customer support automation
• Develop and optimize RAG systems, document processing pipelines, and content generation solutions
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems with complex workflows and agent architectures
• Implement full-stack integrations connecting AI solutions to existing platforms, APIs, and databases
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations
• Handle prompt engineering, context management, and edge cases in AI implementations

• Excellent knowledge of Python and experience building production AI systems
• Proven experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and advanced prompt engineering skills
• Familiarity with agent architectures and multi-agent systems
• Strong SQL database experience and data structuring knowledge
• Product mindset with focus on user needs and technical trade-offs
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Nice to have: DevOps/MLOps skills, JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge, consulting or client-facing technical experience
