As a Senior Recruiter, you will run high-velocity, high-quality searches across engineering, product, operations, and business functions to raise the talent bar and scale the company.

What you'll do

  • Own 6–8 concurrent searches and deliver hires that meet growth targets without compromising quality.
  • Source and engage world-class candidates, including from organizations with high talent bars, and build networks within elite companies.
  • Assess candidate quality early in the funnel using limited signals and differentiate exceptional from merely good.
  • Close candidates through compelling positioning and systematic objection handling.
  • Build and improve recruiting operations via pipeline intelligence, playbooks, automation, and validated optimization experiments.
  • Coach hiring managers to become proactive recruiting partners, activate them as sourcing channels, and establish mutual accountability.
  • Maintain hiring quality under pressure, including making and defending “no hire” decisions with evidence-based feedback.
  • Continuously optimize recruiting speed and effectiveness using data, measurement, and rigorous impact tracking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or tech companies.
  • At least 3 years owning technical recruiting pipelines, with demonstrated success recruiting across other functions.
  • Track record of recruiting and hiring from elite organizations; able to cite specific exceptional hires beyond credentials.
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting while maintaining quality, including hiring 20+ people during a growth phase without lowering standards.
  • Experience building recruiting infrastructure such as playbooks, process improvements, and optimization experiments.
  • Strong data fluency, including funnel analysis and conversion optimization to diagnose and solve recruiting problems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coaching hiring managers into effective recruiting partners.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and build processes from scratch while executing quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including translating recruiting challenges into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • High standards, accountability, grit, and resilience; comfortable pushing back when quality is at risk.
