Junior Marketing, Content Coordinator (US Market)

Junior Marketing & Content Coordinator position at a 10+ year property booking service company in the USA. The role supports sales, marketing, and brand initiatives by creating content, managing assets, and ensuring consistent organic visibility. Works closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to amplify campaigns and drive lead generation through strategic storytelling and social media execution.

• Create weekly social media assets including branded AI visuals, graphics, and short-form content
• Develop polished marketing visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and outbound collateral
• Transform long-form content into snippets, carousels, and repurposed media
• Repurpose testimonials into short, high-impact clips with captions and branded overlays
• Publish weekly testimonial content as part of visibility strategy
• Draft captions and schedule posts 2-3 times per week
• Maintain content calendar aligned with sales priorities
• Monitor performance and optimize for maximum engagement
• Research new leads via LinkedIn, AnyBiz, and other platforms
• Identify property managers, independent hosts, and companies for outreach
• Track competitors and industry trends
• Support webinars, product launches, and market campaigns
• Maintain organized brand asset folders and templates
• Assist with decks, one-pagers, follow-up collateral, and event graphics

• Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, SMM Manager, or Marketing & Content Coordinator
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
• Experience working with USA or EU markets
• Social media management and content creation expertise
• Proficiency with graphic design and visual asset development
• Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram marketing
• Lead research and prospecting skills

• Fully remote work
• Working hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm CST (3:00pm - 11:00pm Kyiv time)
• Direct collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing
• Compensation by agreement (SWIFT, PayPal, etc.)
