Digital Designer

The Digital Designer will help lead creative execution across digital projects, collaborating with producers, developers, and creatives to deliver smart, clean, effective work. This role suits someone who can design independently, present ideas, and contribute at any stage of the process.

• Concept and execute digital design across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative and development teams to bring ideas to life.
• Build and maintain UI design systems.
• Prepare design files and coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth handoff.
• Participate in the process end-to-end, including presenting concepts and iterating based on feedback.

• 3–5 years of digital design experience.
• Strong digital design portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, clean UI, and brand-forward design.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Motion design skills are a bonus.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
