Delivery Manager for DevOps team

Summary

Corewide is a DevOps as a Service company seeking a Delivery Manager to drive project implementation for clients. This role involves managing non-technical communication and activities between technical teams and stakeholders, overseeing project delivery timelines and quality.

What you'll do

Take ownership of project delivery and timelines; identify risks and dependencies proactively. Gather client requirements, clarify business goals, and align expectations. Collaborate with technical leads to define project scope based on client needs. Manage tasks, scopes, milestones, priorities, and estimates. Monitor progress, ensure quality delivery, manage risks, and participate in stand-ups and retrospectives. Communicate updates to clients as non-technical point of contact. Support multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization and scope management. Organize internal and client-facing demo sessions. Track warranty periods and collect client feedback. Contribute to improving delivery workflows.

Requirements

1-2 years experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Account Manager (IT preferred). Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum mandatory). Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, Asana, OpenProject, etc). Understanding of SDLC and DevOps role in projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in small to medium-sized companies. English proficiency B2-C1 level.
