Middle GO Backend-разработчик Core team

Kolesa Group is seeking a Middle Backend Developer for the Core Team. The team develops internal services shared across all Kolesa Group products, including authorization, payments, file storage, photo processing, and infrastructure utilities.

• Develop and enhance key cross-product services: unified authorization, payment gateway, object storage, photo stack (resizer, preresizer, CDN), internal telephony systems, and integrations with external services (SMS, email, push notifications) and government services
• Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of systems from architecture design to production support
• Collaborate closely with product teams, ML engineers, system administrators, HR, and accounting
• Participate in technical design, task planning, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
• Support DevOps culture: automation, monitoring, logging, and alerts
• Write quality, tested code and take responsibility for production deployments

• Familiarity with databases and understanding of their principles (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Clickhouse, ScyllaDB/Cassandra)
• Understanding of infrastructure and code execution environment: Linux, Docker, Nginx, Kubernetes, Ansible, OpenSIPS, Asterisk
• Proficiency with monitoring tools for problem detection, resolution, and prevention
• Ability and willingness to write tests for code
• Proficiency with Git and understanding of build and deployment processes (GitHub Enterprise)
• Ability to estimate task timelines and meet them, with proactive problem communication
• Principled approach to problem-solving and root cause elimination
