Senior Full stack Developer (.NET/React)

Talentuch is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in AI, .NET/React, and scaling to lead technological initiatives and mentor teams. This hands-on Tech Lead role focuses on transitioning to microservices architecture, leveraging AI tools daily, and accelerating development processes.

• Lead the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture
• Work with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and other LLMs as daily development tools
• Accelerate development processes through automation, testing, and code documentation
• Provide technical leadership including team training, mentoring, and hands-on implementation
• Implement high-quality code solutions in critical systems environments
• Develop and scale cloud-based systems

• 7+ years of backend development experience in C#/.NET (Node.js is an advantage)
• 4+ years of React experience
• Proven experience with AI-based tools for improving development speed and reducing bugs
• Ability to lead end-to-end development processes including scaling, documentation, and automation
• Experience with microservices architecture and building APIs
• System-level thinking with business orientation and training skills
• Great English communication skills
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar technological field required
• Relevant technologies: Node.js, C#/.NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API/Core, Entity Framework, Python, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Angular 5+, TypeScript, React, Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Copilot, Claude
